We process all calibers of a project–from small single family detached home projects, multi-family attached projects, to mix used master plans.

A passionate and action-driven leader with 22+ years of experience serving 60+ jurisdictions.
Chris Courtney has processed 20,000 lots during his successful career and plans on assisting with thousands more. Since 2000, Chris has worked construction and development in Public Works, Commercial TI, and Residential Construction. In fact, he has managed all homebuilding and manners and construction processes including Architecture, Engineering, Land Development, Construction, Sales, Marketing and Accounting from Central California to the Mexico border and multiple agencies in Arizona and Texas.
